Acceptance
By accessing and using the SS Pacific website (hereinafter, the "Website"), operated by SS Pacific S.A. de C.V. (the "Owner"), you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of them, you should not use the Website.

A separate Privacy Notice should be included where the collection, use, storage, and protection of data is explained in accordance with applicable Mexican legislation, including mechanisms for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (ARCO).


Jurisdiction and applicable law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any controversy arising from the Website or these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal District or the state corresponding to the Owner's domicile


Modifications
The Owner may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updates are notified when possible and take effect from their publication on the Website. Continued use after such modifications will imply your acceptance of the new conditions.
